Jim McTeigue
Jim brings to Triumph Golf a wealth of industry related experience. From 1994 to 2006, he served on Club Corp's Executive Committee, which established all operating policies and initiatives for the $1.5 billion owner/operator of golf, sports, and fine dining clubs. As Senior Vice President of Club Corp's Golf and Country Club Division, Jim was responsible for all aspects of operations at 90 properties with 170 golf courses and annual revenues in excess of $500 million.  Direct reports included SVP Marketing, VP Human Resources, Director of Finance and six Regional Vice Presidents of Operations. As Senior Vice President of Asset Strategy, Jim was also responsible for the growth and strategic development of Club Corp.'s "high potential" assets. 

During a 24 year career at Club Corp, Jim held the positions of Club Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Regional Manager, Vice President of Development, Regional Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of the Golf and Country Club Division, and Senior Vice President-Asset Strategy. He has experience in all areas of operations in Private Country Clubs, Daily Fee Golf Courses, Resorts, and Private Dining Clubs. 

Jim is a dynamic leader with a thirty year track record of success. Under Jim's leadership from 1994-2004, the 28 to 40 clubs in Club Corp's Western Region made or exceeded plan and consistently outperformed the rest of the country. Jim is well versed in all phases of operations. He has a proven ability to provide a high quality experience profitably. He has succeeded in development, start ups, turnarounds, and international operations. He is an analytical decision maker with excellent problem solving skills. Jim has repeatedly been recognized for his exceptional ability to develop employees and build successful operating teams.

Prior to joining Club Corp, Jim enjoyed a successful career in the restaurant industry, managing flagship Magic Pan restaurants in Beverly Hills, Montreal and San Francisco. He was subsequently promoted to a Regional Manager position for 10 restaurants on the west coast. Jim earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Billy Sitton
Billy has a rich, 26-year background of professional management and executive leadership in golf operations. He most recently was Vice President of Operations for Club Corp USA and Managing Director of Club Corp International, from 1996 until 2008. His senior management responsibilities at Club Corp (formerly CCA) included development, marketing, and operations oversight of facilities in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, Australia, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, California (daily fees), and Bear's Best in Atlanta and Las Vegas.

Billy has extensive experience in Mexico and Latin America. He lived in Mexico from 1988 through 1996 and served as Director of Golf for CCA-Mexico from 1992 through 1996. In 1996, Billy assumed the Managing Director position for all of Club Corp's international properties, concurrent with his domestic responsibilities. During this time, Billy was directly responsible for the development and operations of seven Mexican golf courses.  He personally supervised construction of Cozumel Country Club and Vista Vallarta, with 36 holes of Nicklaus & Weiskopf Signature Design championship golf courses.

Billy first joined Club Corp in 1981 and worked his way through the organization, holding positions as assistant golf professional, head golf professional, superintendent of golf course maintenance, and club manager at various properties. He is a Class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. Billy has played professionally and has participated in a number of USGA and PGA TOUR events. He has negotiated, developed and staged the EMC2 World Cup @ Vista Vallarta (a World Golf Championship), The Blue Agave Golf Classic (a Champions Tour event) and currently hosts both the PinehurstR Pro Am and the Puerto Vallarta Pro Am.

Billy was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Finance from Hardin-Simmons University. 

Michele Carroll
Michele Carroll brings over twenty-three years of golf and private club management experience. She has managed numerous types of clubs and employees from club to regional and national levels, and she has created hundreds of successful sales strategies for private country clubs, business clubs, and athletic clubs.

From 2000 to 2007, Michele served as Senior Vice President of Membership Marketing and Sales ClubCorp, Inc., with responsibility for the marketing and sales management of over 130 private clubs, achieving more than $500 million in gross revenues.  During her sixteen year ClubCorp tenure, Michele held management positions of increasing responsibility, including Club Manager, Regional Director of Catering Sales, Regional Food & Beverage Operations, Regional Vice President of Membership Sales, and finally Corporate Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales.

Michele is an expert in creatively increasing revenue in all venues in the private club industry. Her approach strengthens relationships that collectively build teams to improve revenue performance. Michele also has exceptional skills in creating effective methods for broadening relationships with members, guests, and customers, resulting in significant improvement of member and guest retention for private clubs.

Prior to working for ClubCorp, Michele was the Club Manager for Arrowhead Country Club in Glendale, Arizona. She was responsible for the build out of a $12 million 36 hole Arnold Palmer golf course, clubhouse, and sports complex from the vision and marketing stage to full operation. Michele served as project manager for the project, which included a 27,000 sq. ft. sports center and a 36,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. She developed a cutting-edge themed golf development that provided an excellent marketing angle by promoting Arrowhead Country Club as something more than just a country club and golf course, but an inclusive family-centric lifestyle.

On numerous occasions she was an invited speaker for Boardroom Magazine's Professional Club Marketing Association.  Michele was also asked to develop an advanced Membership Director's certification curriculum for the same Association.  Through her training curriculum she has helped develop many high-performing sales professionals. 

Michael McTeigue
Michael has more than twenty years' experience in the creation and management of new and emerging companies. He has been a merchant banker at Cagan McAfee Capital Partners since 2006. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development for Audible Magic Corporation, a digital media company, from 2002 to 2006. He served as Managing Partner of MLM Consulting's JumpStart division from 1997 to 2002, where he assisted numerous early stage technology, internet, and medical device companies in business strategy and planning and business development.

From 1990 through 1997, Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of SportSense, Inc., a technology company focused on sports performance training, and he served in 1989 and 1990 as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Taylor Made Golf Company. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. McTeigue was co-founder, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development for Norian Corporation, a medical biomaterials company, which was later sold to Synthes.

Previously, Michael served as assistant golf professional at Bel Air Country Club, teaching professional at Riviera Country Club, and head golf professional at Palos Verdes Golf Club, all in California.  As a long-time member of the Professional Golfers Association, Michael won numerous honors for his expertise in teaching. He was voted the 1995 Teacher of the Year for the Northern California Section of the PGA. He was a faculty member in the PGA's Golf Professional Training Program and an instructor in the PGA's Professional Development Seminar Program. He was an Invited Speaker at the Second World Scientific Congress of Golf at St. Andrews, Scotland, and at the Meet the Mentors Golf Summit preceding the 1995 Ryder Cup Matches. Michael is the author of the book and companion DVD, The Keys to the Effortless Golf Swing, and numerous instruction articles, including the "X Factor" and "Science of the Swing" instruction series in GOLF Magazine.

Michael has served on the boards of directors of Norian Corporation from 1987 to 1988, SportSense, Inc. from 1990 to 1997, VoiceofDance.com from 2001 to 2002, and Child Advocates of Silicon Valley from 1997 to 2003.  He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Psychology from UCLA and earned his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
